The VI has a fantastic update site
http://viconsortium.com/

I have yet to find anything similar to this for PR. Does anyone know if something exists?

In looking at the recovery process, the VI is impressive in many respects. I hope PR can follow their lead. God bless everyone impacted by these disasters.

Keep looking but remember the internet in PR has been Zero for half the island and Extra slow for the other half since Maria.

PR helped the VI in their recovery process along with the US government.
You have to take into consideration that the VI population is approx 105,000 whereas PR is approx 3.8 Million a little over 30 times the population of the VI
