I have set up a FB site for all Atrium owners, so that we can discuss what we will be doing with the special assessment invoices that we received, along with any other action that we maybe taking. Are they advertising regular rooms now? I know before they were advertising what they called 'non tourist' accommodations.

Huhm, which to me means that they should be the last one doing a special assessment, versus other places will be closed for a long time yet.
