Another meeting on Friday and the Ordinance was "tabled". While I do not follow island politics closely, there seems to a be a lot of talk and posturing and not much movement forward with this. Daily Herald Article

I don't understand what it means, other than they appear to be d*cking around when they should be passing it and getting the money going!!!
