My wife and I are also wanting to know how Club Fantastico fared in the storm. It became our new favorite place after staying there for the first time last May.We just recently booked to return there next May and now just hoping that Chloe and Thierry are okay. The devastation of St. Martin is just heartbreaking.

... and we too are anxious to know how they are. We were looking forward to our first stay in November, but will be cancelling our travel to SXM for the time being until the island is ready for tourists. Hopefully, we will be able to stay at Club Fantastico soon.

I'm worried that with almost 500 views, nobody has any information. With the devastation at the beach down below, I imagine the houses on the hill must have been severely damaged and just getting up there to see and help them might not be possible. I surely hope that Chloe and Thierry would not try to ride out the storm in that location. My thoughts are with them tonight along with the wonderful staff at Club Orient (and all the people of the island).
I wonder how the houses on the hills made out overall. We rented a beautiful one on the backside of the hill overlooking Oyster Pond (could see Orient Bay but not Oyster Pond). Had a nice host named Cat and she owned several cats. Living space was all sliding glass doors front a slightly covered wraparound balcony. Doors fairly sturdy but still ..... Wondering if they all blew out. I hope all is ok with her and her family.

IDK, there is a view up the hillside as a Getty photo that shows most of them sustained some damage Club F not visible to right, my villa not visible to left. Green cay stuff took a beating (I', after the curve of road above Green cay, three before ClubF. My neighbor left, no damage at all, one above me lost roof...mine ?? I would suspect due to wind angle chances are not good...but JMO

Hi Guys My wife said that she read that Chloe and Thierry are A-OK. Club F sustained some damage, but they indicated that they didn't think it was serious. That's all I've heard.

Congratulations! My jealousy is tempered by our upcoming trip the last week of February. 4 nights in Holbox, MX and 4 at Hidden Beach. We hope to be back to Club F a year from now.

We have a place mid way up the hill from Orient. Most of the villas around us sustained damage, some serious. Farther up the hill closer to Club F the villas seemed to have sustained a lot less damage.
