What days does it run? There was a man who sold hot sauce in nicely decorated bottles.
some of the best hot sauce I have ever had. Anyone know if there is someone like that there now?

Are you talking about the one in Marigot? If so, my understanding is that the market there is a shadow of it's former self, as most of the vendors are not there. Your best shot is to look at the cruise ship schedule and try to go on a day when there are two or three ships in port.
