I am curious if Taco Macho is back open? Anyone know if it is back open after Irma? We always like going there for an inexpensive meal and watching some planes take off.

Yes. It's been open since we were there beginning of Dec. We love Taco Macho. Such a fun place!

Related question--are they charging to park in the Alegria parking lot these days?

We drove in with no issues today. Miss the old Taco Macho before they moved there. Much better food

Thanks regarding the parking. I didn't realize though, they were somewhere else before their current location?

Yes, for quite some time in a trailer next to the gas station in Simpson Bay. Went there all the time. Yesterday was the first time in years and in no rush to go back.

If you have liked them in the past at this location, you will continue to like them. Everyone has different tastes.

We never knew them in any other place and we have always enjoyed their food and location. We always try to eat one meal there.

MJ and I enjoyed the previous location but enjoy the new location more. I am not sure we could accurately comment on the the old vs the new but we enjoy the new. Love the new location, and the hot sauce. We will be back soon!
I prefer the Isle seat
