Moving forward, all the new beach bars/restaurants will be made with concrete structures as the base and will be set back off the beach. It has been put into the French Building codes and I'm sure the non french beaches like Mullet will follow suite as well. Good for the these guys in winning this horrible harassment suite. I generally don't go to mullet beach but Im glad to see that they will hopefully be able to continue the business they have built peacefully.
