Looks hopefully to not be an issue for the BVIs as of now, but this one is apparently pretty hard to forecast because it is so small. Best wishes to all in this, another hurricane season!!!!

We're on the second day of our bareboat charter (which is actually the first day out on the boat but that's a story for another thread) and on a ball at Cooper Island. We're tentatively scheduled to be in a slip on Sunday and Monday at Leverick (hope they remember our reservation now that Nick is leaving) which probably will be a good spot. Moorings of course will call us on the batphone if things worsen and we need to come home. The winds have been a bit fickle, blowing 14 at one moment with a puff to 20 before you know it. Seas are lumpy with some decent 4-6 foot waves / swells. The fast ferry ride here on Wednesday was quite a roller coaster ride with several passengers getting ill.
