I have been absent for posting for some time. My wife has been in hospice recently and has been battling ovarian cancer since 2010. Roslyn died 7/12/18, just before midnight. Many of you have met her. Geraldine, who recently retired from Divi Little Bay has remained in touch with us for some time, and has been a blessing to us. I will be back to the island sometime, not sure when. She lived much longer than expected., but not as long as we hoped.
God bless you all.
Don.

Don,
My heartfelt sympathies to you at the loss of your beloved wife.
Cancer is such an insidious disease and it seems so often to strike the best among us. As painful as your loss must be, I hope you can at least take solace in the fact her pain and suffering are ended. May she ever RIP.
Respectfully,
pat

So sorry to hear of the passing of your beloved wife. I remember meeting you both at my April SXM parties.I truly understand your pain as losing a spouse is difficult every day. Blessings to you and your family as you travel on this journey of grief.

Thank you for your wonderful post. We went to aruba in april, instead of St. Martin, due to the hurricane. At the time I was thinking that this would be her last vacation. It was, unfortunately. Roslyn went down hill very fast starting a month after we arrived home. I am dealing with this the best that I can. Yes, it was a great pleasure meeting you and your late husband, the first time at Dingy Dock, which David and Louise hosted. But we must carry on ! And I will. Thanks again for your kind words.
Don PS to Laurel.. Great hearing from you !!!
