There is quite a bit of sargassum rolling into Mayo bay and up on to the shore. A link below to the webcam at Sunset BB shows it live. link

No it wasn't. And I agree with SXMScubaman, it is unusual to see it in that area. It is much more likely to be seen in front of El Zafiro and BSV because of the usual wind and current patterns. Who knows, maybe it's the storms changing things up on everyone.

I noticed that also and was surprised two nights ago when they had live music playing past 10pm EST. I also noticed that they have a sign up on that stage saying "Refuge". I wonder if they lost their evening club that they had over at Algeria?
