OP Manpot Traveler Joined: May 2002 Posts: 17,306 Likes: 14 Tortola/ Sonoma, California	Extreme thunder and lightning, high winds and torrential rain here today. Power went out with a lightning hit ( we believe) at 8 am and just came back. If that was not a tropical wave then I dont know what is! It started clearly up mid afternoon and is gorgeous again now..
