A few days ago, I asked one of the managers at the Carrefour in Cupecoy when the stores on Bush Road and Cole Bay would be opening. He said Bush Rd on the 15th of this month and hopefully the 15th of December for Cole Bay. We drove by the one on Bush Road a few days ago and there was lots of activity going on there. The one in Cole Bay had some activity going on, but right now it's pretty much just an empty shell. I do hope the one in Cole Bay is opened soon.

Very good news that Carrefour is reopening! We were on island when they had the fire at the one by Mark's. I noted they said that they were going to be reinstituting their customer rewards card, which was the subject of a post here the other day.

Cole Bay can't open early next year because they have a lot of building repairs to do.

Wow , thanks and me and Wife will check them out plus have Lunch at Mark's Place for the first time . Awesome , but will check the prices. Super U has a program where with their card after shopping , we get point s that leads to credit for the future. We lost big time from Grand Marche when they changed to Carrefour . We lost 1500 points. Sucks.

Lesley, you must've been to Mark's Place before, right? Or do you mean you've only ever had dinner there?

I posed that question to him before on another thread. Hasn't been there. I was surprised too.

Looks like the plan for the Cole Bay location is early next year. Glad to see that.

Wasn't Marks' original place in Cul de Sac?

Yes, Cul de Sac, not Grand Case.

That's what I thought but when Kenney said Grand Case I figured he would know as a local.
