Very doubtful. A small portable buiding was installed to service yacht arrivals but it coud be years before a facility that can handle ferry arrivals can be built. I don't think it is a priority even though the Road Town terminal is operating far over capacity and a total madhouse when 2 ferrys arrive within an hour.
