We had other ideas but followed a van back thru Marigot with a Wasabi Charlies ad. We called and made a reservation. Traffic from causeway to the restaurant was horrible and we called and delayed our arrival.
We arrived and had a grill dedicated for two. We expected joining a group but liked to dedicated table.
We had two diahes we spilt that had chicken, duck, filet, salmon, shrimp and scallops.
Prep was very thorough and we appreciated keeping the different meats in their own area.
Expect to pay a premium over back home. A out $110 with SC and two diet Cokes to drink. One thing we didnt get was fried rice which was $8/head extra. That is an included choice back in our world.
Our table was outside and weve learned to ask for the bug spray in Simpson Bay.

Thanks for the link to the menu. I want to try it next time we're on island.

Wow, that's a lot with no alcohol.
