Day 11 - Another lazy day in SXM. Started with breakfast at Vesna Taverna. Sally is still there and an old friend. 2 eggs with toast, potatoes is $7.00. Came out to the street afterwards to find the bridge up. Eventually a large(very) yacht came creeping through. The rest of the day was spent contemplating Simpson Bay. My SXM Lovers Party was in the afternoon at elZafiro Beach Bar. I'll post pics from that event in another post. Afterwards, longtime Island friends Paul and Carol, Tijon's John and Cyndi, MaryBeth and Jim went to dinner. Planning on going to Pineapple Pete's but found them closed on Monday so backtracked to The Palm's. Jo managed to squeeze the eight us in for a nice meal and conversation. Thank you Jo and Greg.
I always appreciate Norm's reports - you are busy people! We've attended some of Norm's get together's when we've been on island - have to admire the work to make those day's happen
