Does anyone know if the restaurant that had the beautiful flower awning in Grand Case (end of street) is open? My husband and I would go there in the morning and have the best cheese omelets, fresh French bread and coffee. Years ago when we first started coming to SXM I think it was called Portofinos? We are scheduled to return to SXM on February 21st.....our ninth trip to the island.

Are you speaking of the place at the South end of the Blvd? At the curve around to Orient and straight towards Marigot? If so, we loved their omlets but it's now a pizza place.

Post how their food is. This March we'll be staying on the Dutch side but 2020 we'll be at Grand Case Beach Club and interested in what places are good there. We've tried most of the old places but always looking for info on some of the newer ones.
