Looking for reputable sailing charters for nude sailing in the BVI or St. Martin/St. Barts for three couples. Desire to sail in late April or May 2013. $5,000/per couple/ per week, all inclusive. We all party and sun ... but we don't sail. All nudist friends... not swingers boat.
Hoping Captain & Hostess/Chef will be au natural too.
Would appreciate your help.
Thanks,
Debbie & Tom Huntington Beach, CA

Try TTOL sponsor Mustang Sally Sailing Charters. Doug & Wendy used to do nude charters when they had their boat so I'd guess they probably know others who do it as well.
If I can't be a good example, I'll just have to be a horrible warning.

Excellent suggestion! You might also try the other sailing sponsors listed on the BVI sponsors tab, as they may well do a nude charter, even though it's not specificially advertised on their home pages. Check with Catatonic and Sail Bella Vita. Not sure if they would do it or not.
To the OP, from what I understand, you probably should decide WHICH islands you want to sail in, BVI or St. Martin, as the passage between them apparently is extremely rough, even though they are not that far apart. I am a total landlubber, but as I understand it, you could do SXM/Anguilla/St. Barts OR you could do the BVI and USVI, but definitely not both.

You may want to contact Endless Summer II out of Nanny Key on Tortola, BVI. Barry & Roz Rice are the charter owners and do a great clothing optional cruise. sailnude.com

We sailed on the Breanker last January in the BVI's with three other nudist couples. Don't remember the cost but Christian (captain) and his wife Marianne (chef) were wonderful and we would highly recommend this trip. We were their first nudist group but they were very understanding and tolerant and knew all the secluded beaches! Try breanker.com

I would have to assume, only BVI or USVI, not SXM, though?

Did you mean $5000/couple times 3 couples = $15,000
I bet any charter boat will let whatever for $15,000
Now $5000.00 total there will be somebut not all that would do it.

$15,000 is about right for a week on a crewed cat charter. I don't think nudity affects the price one way or another!
If I can't be a good example, I'll just have to be a horrible warning.

Gosh, Nick thanks! They do a great job. We are doing a charter in SXM next month. They love going down there. We won't go a lot further down but folks, shed your clothes and come on down!

I am wondering the same, we have 4 couples, two of which are same sex couples looking to charter a nude/lifestyle sailboat. Is there anyone who might cater to us?

Will you do an SXM to BVI trip or vice versa? How long does it tak to leave BVIs and be in Simpson Bay Lagoon?

Went to Endless Summer II website and it looks great. But the Current Calendar if a few years old 2011. When I click on availability calendar, it is current but it is completely wide open and unbooked for the next 12 months.
Anybody know if they are still operating or is the website a ghost on autopilot.

I received an email from them earlier this year stating that they are not operating the charter right now but have a villa for rent.

Did a search of this forum and could not find any reviews of C/O charters.I remebering seeing one on a tulum forum for the Caribbean soul. Anyone know where there may be some more reviews and trip reports of the few chaters that offer C/O. We may be interested in doing this vacation in the next few years or so as well, on a "by the cabin" trip. Thanks

Have you looked into Mustang Sally (TTOL sponsor)? I have no experience with them though.

They have sold their boat, I believe, but they do charter brokering, so should be able to set you up with someone who has nude charters, although not sure about sharing.

Thanks, Carol. Good to know. I got an email from them a couple of years ago, and had wanted to try them out *someday*. I'm sure there will always be someone that can fill this niche market!

We are looking for a by-the-cabin in BVI in Jan or Feb 2014 also. Have not had any response to Endless Summer II. The website is still up, but FCN article a few months ago said Barry & Roz were trying to sell. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also if anyone knows of a reasonable accomodation offering privacy with pool - please let us know. This will be our first time in BVI but we know it's not nekkid friendly.

We chartered with this really good crew a while back and they have their own boat now, maybe send them an email. They seemed to be very flexible. If they don't do it, which I doubt, they will probably know who does. info@majesticcharters.com

I'm surprised no one's mentioned "Soul of the Caribbean" with Ken Ayers. They're an AANR affiliated charter catamaran. http://sailbare.com/nudesailing.htm Seems like a good option- has anyone used them?
