What's the status of the Carrefour in Cole Bay? Was hoping perhaps they might be open by June?

The original store is a cleaned up empty shell. Last time we passed a week or so ago, there were still places where the walls did not meet the roof.

Yes Carol , they had started way back . Right now the big walls are up and the roof has been repaired.

They already looking for cashiers and other staff for Colebay location. Must be a good sign.

Drove by yesterday, they are working on it. We really miss that store. We've been going to the one at Jordan Village. While nice, not the variety as the big stores. We did our initial big shopping trip at the Bush Road store.

While on the island 2 weeks ago, it looked like they had a long way to go before opening.
