It's open. Their FB page says they open at 7am, so assume they serve breakfast. There is a breakfast menu listed.

On the corner where the Summit Hotel was. Sounds like Rhode Island directions: near where x used to be.

Fat Tony's is open and thriving. Rick rebuilt the place beautifully after Irma and it is now bigger and better than ever. Enjoy!

Based on all the comments here, we had a pizza there last night. Surprisingly, it was a little better than ok, but we were both up with stomach issues last night. Strike 3 I think.

Had steak and eggs this morning, rate it 5 out of 10, instant coffee, plastic plates and utensils with many flies made it not to our liking. Jules across the street is better option. In fairness I don’t think breakfast is Fat Tony’s specialty. Thanks for that VERY important info on the place. And for mentioning Jules across street.

Update
As I mentioned above, our first couple of meals there over the few years they have been open, we did not care much for the BBQ here. We returned mainly because our favorite bartender is working there and it is a fun bar. We met the owner a couple of weeks ago and he asked our experience dining there, and we told him. He promptly brought us a sample of the brisket and pulled pork and it was far and away different from our previous experiences! So yummy. Went back for lunch a few days ago and our meals were delicious. Sadly the brisket was not quite ready from the smoker, but pulled pork and sides of potato salad and cole slaw were all so very good. Moist with good flavor. Salads nicely seasoned and really nice buns on the sandwich. Looking forward to returning for brisket and another fun afternoon.
We stopped in Tuesday afternoon to watch a proper football match. Turns out Tuesday is steak night. NY strip with all the fixings for $18 and there were at least 25 people dining. All the plates were cleaned and I asked a few diners and they said it was very good. We're not big steak eaters, but may have to give it a go soon.
Guess the moral here is, don't give up!

I found Fat Tony's two years ago our trip before Irma. The first night, I had the brisket dinner, and also found it fabulous...and while there heard about ''Steak Night". Well...the following week, went back, and thoroughly enjoyed a great steak, with sides, for a ''very'' affordable price!!! Fat Tony's is the proof, that one can enjoy a great meal, (like the lolos in Grand Case) without having to break the bank. We go for 3 weeks, and do not cook in. A couple of Fat Tony's nights surely make for a more inexpensive night, without going broke. BTW....the drinks were also reasonable and affordable.

Gotta give credit where credit is due. Rick, the owner, listens to his customers. In recent weeks, a couple new TV's have been added and we're watching a lot of rugby and proper football. I mentioned one day that I loved a cold cider. Guess what is there this week? Now obviously he probably had many requests, not just from me. But I'm a happy camper.

would also appreciate good directions/land marks From Maho, cross the golf course, turn right where the Starz Casino was, first right turn after the golf course, go up to the medical school and the road turns to the left, at the top of the hill turn right, Fat Tony's is on your right.

bizzottom--I have a funny story about getting lost, but don't want to hijack the thread! I hope you find Fat Tony's ok. I've enjoyed it, for what it is. Not fine dining, but enjoyable. One time we were there, the electric went out and it was kinda fun, like old time SXM.
