One of the lead stories in the business section of our local newspaper was an AP story about the $3 million dollar upgrades that Carnival is making. Much of it having to do with temporary back up generators that will eventually become permanent and the engine rooms.

Despite all that and that fact we love cruising, we would never choose to cruise with them.
