Anyone know if you can do and ED card electronically and go to a short line like in Aruba? Can't find it on line. Thanks. % days til we get there!

FYI, for some of us, ED means something way different than what you mean ( I watch way too much late night TV), although I have no idea what your version of ED means.

You no longer fill out an arrival card at SXM, and there is therefor no stub you turn in at departure. The Aruba electronic Embark/Disembark card concept doesn’t exist. Given the present state of SXM, which couldn’t even handle electronic boarding passes pre-Irma and still doesn’t, there are no shortuts.
