Daily Herald link

Sounds like a program they should repeat, often. And enforce traffic laws. ...which includes mandatory helmets, according to that story.

Kudos to them! Have to say we frequently see a course with cones set up in the parking lot in GalisBay that seldom has any cars in it. Mostly children with their smaller bikes, complete with helmets, overseen by what I assume are a bunch of parents. Possibly from the French cycling club.

Maybe they can come up with a program like that for motorscooter operators too. Might help to prevent those disasters we've been reading about. Rules of the road are there for everyone's safety.
