There used to be, but not now. Club Orient had a beach cam at one time. As I recall it seemed to only work on occasion, and you really couldn't tell to much about the weather from it. Having been to Orient Beach so many times over the years, the forecast is pretty consistent from month-to-month and year-to-year. Expect a moderate to a strong on shore breeze each day, with the possibility of a brief shower most mornings. Typically these shows last no more than five minutes before the sun comes blazing back through the clouds. Afternoons usually clear up, but not always. Seaweed and sea grasses are much more prevalent the further north you travel along Orient Beach, but are greatly reduced on the clothing-optional end of the beach. The winds sometimes die down later in the afternoon, and at times the nicest weather on OB comes after 3 p.m. Hope that helps a little.
