Does anyone have recommendations for a chiropractor in SXM? Husband is having sciatica issues while we are here. Has anyone used the Sint Maarten Health Care Clinic in Cole Bay?

Get a Dr tp prescribe Gabapentin. In the US it's called Lyrica. It's a nerve drug used for fibromyalgia. I had excruciating pain from Sciatica for weeks and nothing helped. So painful I could't even get up. Getting up to go to the bathroom was beyond terrible. Finally got Gabapentin and the pain was gone in about 6 hours after the first pill. Numbness went away in 2 weeks.
