I would take a night cruise on the Seine with dinner and champagne. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/dine.gif" alt="" />

I just watched an episode of Rick Steves in Paris last night and he did a night-time taxi tour of the entire city. Here's the link to the page with the route they took:http://www.ricksteves.com/plan/destinations/france/floodlit.htm I've never been to Paris, but it looked beautiful. Hope this helps. I second the Bateaux Mouches. We have been in Paris a number of times (husband worked for a French company), and that was one our favorites. They also offer an evening dinner cruise which we did not do. Because the Seine is the heart of Paris you will see all the major sights from the river.

I do not know about night tours, but the view from the top of the Arc de Triumph is spectacular at night.

The evening dinner cruise is one of the goofiest things you can think to do. And, we loved it! The food was not great but the sights were spectacular.
Also, the Eiffel Tower at night is very special. Just don't get there too late. It closes fairly early.

Yes, the Eiffel Tower is a great way to see the city at night, and yes, it does close fairly early. If you do this, do not wait until closing time to leave. There is a mad and somewhat scary rush to the elevators at closing time.
