Insurance was supposed to be in hand and contracts let in the Feb/Mar timeframe. Has anybody seen any actual progress on the buildings and/or pool?

Getting the itch to book a trip and hoping they’ve done something.

Went on an around the island cruise with someone staying there for 68 dollars a night. Dont know any particulars. And that was with breakfast included. There is no pool.

Thanks That price sounds about a fair discount. We were paying $90/night total including tax a night before the storm hit.

It boggles the mind to hear 6 months ago funds in hand, contracts let, work soon and then..........
