We thought to begin with that we should do the traditional turkey/stuffing/ pumpkin pie/etc thing and after a few years, we found out that we were just happy to be in paradise, regardless of what we ate! Not to mention avoiding the cold air of the northeast and the stereotypical Norman Rockwell experience for a change can be great fun, The other thing is if you drive down the main strip in Simpson Bay at least a few places will have blackboards announcing "American Thanksgiving" dinner seating times.
