We remember when the first traffic light went up near Pondfil. Locals sat in beach chairs at the side of the road and watched all the accidents. We were staying at Great Bay Hotel that year and locals came into the lobby urging people to --as they said it---come watch the show.

I'll start by saying that I'm glad they have finally accomplished this. But from the sound of the article, you would think they had just built the great pyramids!!! Doesn't take much for them to pat each other on the back for doing something that should have been accomplished a long time ago.
