I finally booked flight to SXM. I was trying to book tickets on my ipad and finally gave up. I used my laptop and it was a success. Can you book tickets on a mobile device?

The JetBlue site can be cranky. Sometimes I won’t be able to get through booking tickets in one browser on my laptop and will have to try another. I’ve never tried to book tickets on mobile, but it’s something they promote in their app so it must work (some of the time).

I’ve never had a problem. But I can only print tickets from my iPad and not my iPhone when I return. It’s odd. But I have to go to www.jetblue.com to check in if I want to print. The app won’t work
