Linda--we got a form on AA from Miami in October also. It seems there is no rhyme or reason.

As already stated, the airline staff in some cases are clueless. They have the forms so they give them out.
The question maybe should be, did anyone get asked for them by the C & I people on SXM? When the paperless change-over first took place we were given the immigration form and I think it may have been an arriving AA flight yet when I tried to hand it off at immigration the agent smiled, rolled her eyes, and told me they were no longer necessary.

Nope! Not just a Miami thing since we flew in through CLT. Methinks it's got to be a matter of the flight crew not being up to date on the rules and going overboard in trying to get it right?

Speaking of forms, I was surprised that nothing was handed out on our return flight into Atlanta in December. We have GE, so wouldn't need them, but is Atl all-kiosk now? JFK - at least the JetBlue (terminal 5) terminal doesn’t even have you stop any longer. I was so surprised. I have GE but used Mobile Passport this last trip and we cleared and just left the building!

Speaking of forms, I was surprised that nothing was handed out on our return flight into Atlanta in December. We have GE, so wouldn't need them, but is Atl all-kiosk now? We ran into the same thing on Delta in Nov. No Global Entry for us and no forms. I asked and was told it is all electronic/kiosk now.
