Good day, are there facilities on Culebra and Vieques to purchase fuel and dispose of trash for a visiting boat...?
Thanks....
Safe and enjoyable boating.

At the fuel station, you can leave your fuel jugs in your dinghy as the fuel station is right on the canal with a wharf.
