sail445 Traveler S Joined: Jul 2008 Posts: 3,003	Good morning , in Culebra you can purchase fuel with jerry cans in the canal between Ensenada Honda and Dewey (the ferry dock). You can dump your garbage on the government pier in Ensenada Honda across from the Dinghy Dock restaurant
