I used Dolphin Water Taxi in the past. They meet you at the airport, take you to Red Hook, and then depart immediately for Tortola. You need to clear in - most likely in Road Town, and once cleared in they will take you to your required destination. We went to Road Reef Marina. Its not particularly cheap, but its very convenient given that they go on your schedule.

Have used Dohms, Dolphin, and Ocean Dreams in the past. Of them all, Ocean Dreams has proven the most reliable in our experience.

Believe they are and after 6-7 uses they are GREAT
