The document in English is simple to print out or if you don't have a printer you can write it out in longhand. Are there check points where you are stopped and you show them this note? A note you wrote with no method of it being approved or needing a stamp?

The business travel document is a different document than the one you have to fill every time you go out as explained. "The proof of business travel document must be stamped and signed by the employer. It is only valid for essential business trips and must be filled in once. It is now valid for a limited period of time. If this document is not completed correctly and/or does not bear the company stamp, it is not valid. Failure to comply with these rules is currently punishable by a fine of 135 euros."
