Lots of BLAH Blah BLah. No information given about opening the borders. THAT is the only thing that matters now. Wasting money and time on advertising a tourist spot that is not open and no indication of when this will happen. December 1 opening. So far no information on quarantine or other measures.

Welp, looks like my November 15th trip with CYOA will be a USVI only trip.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - beer in hand - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming, "WOO HOO, What a Ride!"
