Many airlines are now waiving change fees which has reduced the risk of booking tickets during these uncertain times. Does anyone know if they also will credit back purchased seat upgrades? I recently rebooked tickets on delta to move our trip from November to December. No problem applying the ticket credit but there was no credit for the seat upgrades I stupidly purchased and no mention on the Delta web site on this topic. Any advice? Other than "Don't buy seat upgrades until you know for sure".

Thanks

I called Delta about a flight I had booked and they cancelled, and said they already refunded my flight. When I enquired about rebooking, she didn't have anything available, but said they would now give me a refund for my seat upgrades. Of course, a couple days later they sent me an email to rebook the flight, but I did not do so. That was for an August flight.
