Hi. My wife and I are visiting Cypress during NASCAR weekend (coincidental as we are not big fans) and also will be there for Mardi Gras music on Monday and Fat Tuesday parade. Has anyone attended before and what are the usual activities and attire (or lack thereof). It's our first visit to the resort. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" />

Hi- Here's a link for activities Cypress . Along with golf cart races and other games on NASCAR Saturday, expect a dance at the Lakeside Restaurant that night. Turns out we are heading up the Mardi Gras committee and hope to make it a blast! Plan on a masquerade/coronation ball on Monday night (3/3), body painting and parade on Fat Tuesday followed immediately by an appetizer party at the pool, with music. The party will continue at Cheeks that night. Dress for all events is whatever makes you comfortable.
