Got to Newark airport very early @ 4:30am because of transportation issue. Easy access to checking bags done in 5mins. I could check in on line and did. But the checking agent printed check in document for us I do not know why. Easy pass through TSA. Told agent our age no shoe removal and metal detector not x-ray machine. Went to United Club had to wait 45 mins.for it to open at 5:45. Good coffee and awful food due to Covid restrictions. Comfortable wait for an hour and 45 mins before going to gate. Boarded 7:50am. Full flight only five empty seat. Uneventful flight. Arrived 12:15pm. Car waiting for us signed at airport off to Royal Palm. Checked in went to room to be greeted by Maintenance saying ac needed fixing. 1hour 30 mins later in room. Unpacked changed went to market for necessities gin and tonic and some other unimportant foodstuffs. Relax on deck with G&T then to Nowhere Special. Got there expecting just to get a burger and a beer to find out there are only apps available. Got the $45 dollar special 5 Caribbean style apps. Coconut shrimp excellent cheese and spinach roll tasty. Oxtail bites very good. Curry goat and cheese au papillote and eggplant au papillote. Then to bed being up 19 hrs.
