Daily Herald linkThe story is about Air Cariabes resuming service. (LOVE their pretty planes, by the way!) But at the end, the Tourism Minister says they are in talks with another "new" airline to begin service to SXM.

Thanks for the link. I have seen their planes many times at Cancun International Airport. Maybe down the road as COVID retreats they'll consider a flight or two possibly to Miami or Ft. Lauderdale. But, presently they don't fly to the states, nor even Puerto Rico. However, it's always a good thing to add new airlines to an airport, and the potential for additional revenue should help PJIA.

Air Caraibes had flown to SXM for quite a while before Covid. I was talking about a total other NEW airline possibility.

Frontier has already been announced to start flying to SXM as of either June or July, can't remember. This is yet another new airline, supposedly could be coming.

We saw one take off today that was new to us - Sky Hi or something similar to that. And we were told the Abromovich plane was parked on the tarmac. In all honesty, I wouldn’t know it from any other plane but I guess it means he or some of his own cohorts must be in the area, too.

As I recall, Abromovich's plane is kind of a two tone tan, I think...

In honesty I never pay much attention to that stuff. When he invites us to fly with him I promise I’ll take note. For now it’s just another big bird.....😊😊
