heard from a few people this evening that curfew may not be enforced until tomorrow night (monday), due to today’s Mother’s Day celebrations Good thought. France's Mother's Day is on the 4th Sunday in May.

vrboone--Best wishes. I hear that some restaurants in Grand Case are opening early. Do you know which restaurants are going to be closed?

We had dinner at Rancho Del Sol near Orient yesterday (Sunday) and drove through Marigot to Maho / Cupecoy about 6:30pm. We did not see any Police along the way. Not to say that they didn't set up later.

I'm glad we are not planning on staying on the French side. We may try to get an early dinner and watch the sunset in Grand Case... Or blow it off altogether for dinner..

If we were in a similar situation, we might try to have our main meal in the early afternoon and have a light dinner "at home" instead.
