Does anyone know any spots in the FL Keys or in Ft Myers FL where nudists congregate on the water by boat? We like bareboating and its always better if we are with the like minded.

Google Sanibel Naturists, they have a beach on Cayo Costa I think.

If you want to come a little further North there is Passage Key. It is located between Anna Maria Island and Egmont Key in the mouth of Tampa Bay. It is a known clothing optional hangout, though there will be clothed people as well. Usually there is more nudity on the West side if the weather conditions are calm.
