A great past time at Beachside Villas!

You also get the rear view of the ships.

That's a great shot!! It's not easy to get it in the middle of the frame! I've miss a more than a few times perched on the railing at SSBB!!!

David--It depends on how close in you focus!! If you take a larger picture, you can always crop it, to get it in the center! grin (Not saying cariblee did that, but I have been known to do it in the past! grin)

Carol is correct. This was the original shot. While pretty close to center, I did crop it to center it more.

Hey, call me crazy, but I kind of like the original better! smile It seems that landing shots are easier than take-off shots, to me. I have often tried to take pics of planes taking off from Beachside Villas, and have often gotten literally half the plane in the shot!! duh

I had a few good shots, that I can't find, but people don't realize how fast these guys are traveling over the top of you! One click and there gone! I do have somewhere video with my "Camcorder" of KLM coming in one night!! OMG, LOL what a sand/windblast I got!! LOL!! Things you do as a "newbie"!!! I do have a few from the new observation deck at BSV!! Lot easier to shoot them when they are right in front of you!!
