I can not find a phone number on their website. They have already canceled our flight on 10/14. They also canceled their late flight on 10/13 which we could have made. Looking for other options to get from SJU to EIS.

Thank you.

I found numbers at the bottom of this page. That said, based on what I've read over the past year or so, I would never book with them. Too many people have their flights canceled and it appears often times without notice. Try Cape Air. They aren't the cheapest way but I've read positive reviews. Silver Airways is another one.

Thank you Louis. I need to get a refund on the canceled flight. Cape Air is sold out for the times that we need. Air Sunshine is not flying in October. Silver Airways has an incoming flight but no return flight.

I guess you're getting caught up in a combination COVID - hurricane season slowdown.

Any possibility of rearranging to go through St. Thomas and take the ferry / water taxi? That's what we started doing a few trips ago when the SJU-EIS leg got to be so expensive.

BTW, while in Houston now, I was born and raised in (almost) south Louisiana: New Roads which is a small town 35 miles NW of Baton Rouge.

Had one of the most memorable nights of my life in New Roads/Beau Bridge with my buddies birthday party on the bayou...250 pounds of crawfish was the starter! New Year's Eve was a Mulatt's Cajun Dancehall..fabulous! As to ferries..check the schedules because they are doing limited runs on different days. We are travelling RT Fast Ferry on Oct 5 but other run other days. We need to get you together with the great Tom Garvey when he is down on Tortola and cooking his amazing gumbo at the house!!

We ran in to issues with cancelations in May. That said, we did get a refund by emailing customerservice@intercaribbean.com

This is crazy. I lived in New Roads for 20 years. Moved to Prairieville 11 years ago when I remarried. Unfortunately we will be in Houston next week at MDA. My husband is battling some melanoma issues. We just rebooked to St. Thomas. Now looking at ferry options.

Mal, we need to have a cold one while we are there. Be there 10/14 to 10/24.

My Dad, and grandfather before him, ran the New Roads Lumber Yard from the late 20s through the 80s. Sorry to hear about your husband's melanoma. MDA is a great hospital.

We did the St. Thomas route this past July. Given the uncertainty of ferry schedules, we booked a water taxi through Dolphin Water Taxi. It isn't cheap but they did a great job taking care of us. Going over the water taxis weren't allowed in yet so Dolphin arranged for a private flight. Coming back was with a water taxi. They helped streamline the customs and immigration process as well as the taxi transport from Red Hook to the airport. Crashing through some fairly heavy waves in a 12 passenger boat was thrilling to say the least but my crew was well prepared with Bonine.

I'll PM you my contact information in case you need anything while in Houston next week.

Mal, one of these years our plans are bound to match your presence in the islands and we'd love to get together with you as well. We always spend a couple of days in CGB.

If you have trouble with ferry schedules, I just booked with Chillout Charters for our November trip. We had 6 people and it was only $150 a person. I thought that reasonable for a water taxi.

That’s extremely cheap for a water taxi. Just beware that the water taxi industry often has a bunch of extra costs they don’t mention. Custom fee, fuel surcharge, taxi fees ect.. Make sure you have the out the door cost.

I thought it rather inexpensive as well and confirmed with them via email that $900 for the 6 of us was the total cost with no additional fees.
