Today after checking in and going out to lunch we found ourselves adopted into a large local family party. Many of the workers from the Radisson resort have family in town from Martinique and they are staying in the same complex as us at the Flamboyant Beach Villas (next to GCBC). They had a large family picnic there today. They adopted us into their family for the afternoon and fed us so many great homemade dishes and drinks. Some of the nicest people I have ever met and they basically demanded we accept their hospitality....wish I could have done more to help besides helping them clean up. The stories were great. The conch sausage was delicious.
