I don't usually watch romance movies but I'll look for this one for the scenery.

Obviously, it's a pretty low budget movie, if it's going to be done in 5 months. I do wonder where it will be available for viewing. I guess once it is done, there will be another story in the Herald.

Sounds like it was scripted from a Harlequin Romance novel. They are all titled "............ and the Billionaire".

Maybe not related but we saw a post recently of a film crew on Simpson Bay Beach and on the grounds by Mary's Boon Hotel. Nice that the island gets that sort of movie business from time to time.

We were getting ready to leave the Island. The film crew was just getting there to start on that gem.I think it was around 97.

I don't remember the year, but we were there after they finished shooting Speed2, but while the mock-up of the ship was still there. They had a guard there by it, that told us we couldn't take a picture of it. I pretended to not understand what he was talking about, and walked off, after I took my picture!

And the area in Marigot where the ship "crashed" was also developed for the movie and stands as it is now.

Yes, they built the area up for the movie but then it never did really get the use I think was assumed it would get.
