We are approved for travel via the USVI portal to land on Feb. 19. Due to travel issues. We need to arrive on the 18th; same airlines same flight number, same time. Do I have to resubmit to the portal?

You should be OK if arriving earlier but I would contact the portal to verify.

Thanks, I was really being lazy and didn't want to go thru the downloading process. I filled out a new one, no problem land tomorrow.

Hmm, why did you choose a trip with a flight? I like to ride trains more. I've noticed that train trips are very rarely delayed or postponed.
