Kimber Traveler K Joined: Nov 2008 Posts: 402 St Thomas, USVI	If all onboard are US citizens and the boat has a US Customs Decal sticker, Sail2's comments are correct. If non US citizens or no sticker then you will all have to go to the airport and see CBP in person. If no sticker you get to pay a fee too, $35 if memory serves. Noonsite dot com is an excellent place to visit.

Each time I tried calling in and then I was instructed to bring everybody to the airport. It has been at least three years, perhaps they are less strict now?????
