you can check in by phone 877-529-6840, the have the right to ask you to come in, but we have always cleared by phone. Have all your documentation at the ready, it takes 10 minutes. They ask everything but your blood type <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" />

If all onboard are US citizens and the boat has a US Customs Decal sticker, Sail2's comments are correct. If non US citizens or no sticker then you will all have to go to the airport and see CBP in person. If no sticker you get to pay a fee too, $35 if memory serves. Noonsite dot com is an excellent place to visit.

We had French, Dutch and Iranian citizens on board and still called in in Culebra. They didn't require us to come to the office.

I have been over there once with a family carrying Peruvian passports and another time with a single person using a South African passport. Each time I tried calling in and then I was instructed to bring everybody to the airport. It has been at least three years, perhaps they are less strict now?????
