You will have to test within 5 days before departure. Testing requirements have not changed for international travel into the USVI.

Check the USVI portal.(Updated March 7).it should show a US vax card uploaded to their portal will get you entry BVI to USVI via ferry I just checked. According to the update just posted on usviupdate.com effective March 7: (this was in a red pop up box) Travel by Ferry - Non-U.S. citizens/non-U.S. immigrants: Tests must be taken within 5 days of travel and all travelers must be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination status. U.S. citizens traveling from an international port: Tests must be taken within 5 days of travel and all travelers must be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination status. Travelers aged 2-17 are exempt from the vaccine requirement. So confused. So now to come back to USVI from BVI we have to upload a negative test AND vax cards? Perhaps this is an error as it JUST came up?

So it was complete misinformation that as of March 5th all we needed to download was our vax card and no testing. Enough already!

So it was complete misinformation that as of March 5th all we needed to download was our vax card and no testing. Enough already! I had always heard that the only thing changing for USVI entry was for domestic (mainland US and other US territories) travel. For this type of travel you now only have to upload your vaccination card. If you aren't vaxed you still have to do the negative Covid test but honestly that is not difficult if you use the proctored Binax Now tests. International entry still requires a Covid test. Again you can use the proctored Binax Now tests. It does have a place to upload your vax card (as it did in November when we filled it out) but I don't think the card is required. The one thing that seems to have changed for international travel (BVI to USVI) is that you now have 5 days by sea and air instead of only 1 day by air.
