Just spent 3 nights at the Garden House BNB on Elizabeth St, near Mallory Square and Duvall Street. They have 12 small one room units and a very small pool, about 20' long and a sign above the pool "Clothing Optional". We enjoyed an evening that way. At one end there are whirlpool jets that break up the surface of the water, so what is below the water, it is not obvious that you are naked. That may help if someone is a little bashful about it. There is very little room on the deck around the pool, but they have an upper deck with a few lounges. The breakfast was very good.
