Yes. Great Harbor has lots of FCFS mooring balls. Pay through the BVI Ball app. I believe they're $40/nt.

What happens if you don’t have internet? Good question George. I guess if no one comes around to collect, it's free. We were there last May and I tried to pay thru the app, but the app required a ball number which I couldn't find. I entered some random number, which the app didn't accept. No one ever came to colect.

No one ever came to colect. We used the app on our trip last July. It took me a while to realize the app contains a map of the mooring ball field along with your boat's location. As I recall once I zoomed out, found us and the ball, we had the necessary information to pay through the app. I thought the balls said to pay at Oceans 7 which in July was only open a couple of days a week.
